Maybe it is only in the ebook for some reason? This is in the ebook I got from Amazon. I haven't gotten my hard copy yet, so I can't compare.

Oh, the ebook! I completely missed that you typed that at first. That makes much more sense. I'll look into that tonight and fix those errors. The conversion to ebook caused a lot of crazy characters to show up and I had to correct a lot of it manually. I guess a few slipped through.

Also, on-topic, I noticed on 3 or 4 pages throughout the book there were random tab spacings. I'll make sure to note where they are when I read it again. :P

If you bought the real book and you still want the ebook, it will cost you one photograph of your book. Take a picture of your book doing something interesting, like balancing a table leg or maybe being read. Email it to me at rbcp@phonelosers.org and ask for an ebook. I've got PDF and ePub versions, so tell me which one.
