Causing Deafness

That story about the German lady got me thinking... Do people in WoW or Counter-Strike crank the volume on their headsets? I've produced the following:

I've stripped the sine-wave out of the recording. 3000Hz seems to carry though the codecs in use, but I find 7000Hz to be far more painful.

Not sure how far I can go with this idea, but alot of people are guilty of posting their Vent IP, port and password in public forums and even ON YOUTUBE:

I am of course exaggerating. ::) A rape whistle to the ear would achieve the same effect, a temporary nuisance. Now I feel incredible guilt.

I wonder if a building 60Hz tone would have caused pleasure or tickling in their ear... I can make this right; I'll go back to all the victims of my prank and tickle the ear wax out of them!
