Say you need help to remove the fridge as the fridge is very heavy and will probably need two people to carry it out.
Say you are wanting to install a vector in the flat. say it will only be a very small one but ask if they would cover the cost of installing a new vector. (What I like about this idea is nobody knows what a vector is)
Say that your flat is a bit smelly, then as soon as they start asking what’s causing the smell say that you shoval the dirt from your animals under the carpet, also you are lifting the carpet up so you can put the feces underneath. At least you are getting rid of the feces.
My forth idea is a bit nuts but say you are a dentist and are inspecting the flat for cavities and then say that you are sending them a bill.

Hey RB! Use my list for the next show!! It’s the list of apartments with the unit numbers, building numbers, and complex phone numbers. Plenty more where that came from. I have over 60 apt complex numbers with apt units on a new list! I’m holding it for ransom until you call a few numbers on the list I sent you. Grrr
